I have worked in the Sales/ Real Estate Industry for over 15 years and quite often, Agents are the hardest people to have as clients. Ricardo not only met my “unreasonably high” expectations but blew them out of the water and made this one of the easiest and most stress free Real Estate Transactions I have done.
My boyfriend and I live in Kelowna and were looking to add a Vancouver investment property to our Real Estate portfolio. After two months of “working with” another Agent who didn’t do much for us, we were feeling defeated and were then referred to Ricardo. Right from our initial e-mail and phone interaction, I could tell this guy was a professional “go-getter” and EXACTLY what we needed.

A few days after the accepted offer, we were able to physically view the property and it was everything we hoped/ expected and more. We have now taken possession and not only are we grateful we found such a great Agent to take this to finish line for us, but we truly feel we have made a friend for life.
